Commonwealth Group Awards Contract to S&B for ChipCoin System

Scheidt & Bachmann announced the Commonwealth Group has purchased a ChipCoin System for their Renaissance Parking Garage in Wilmington, Delaware.
The parking facility has a total of 200 spaces with 2 entries and 2 exits and will be fully automated with 1 pay on foot machine.

The S&B ChipCoin system, used predominately in the United Kingdom, Asia and throughout Europe was introduced in the United States in 2005 at a Baltimore City Parking Authority parking facility. The ChipCoin system provides many benefits: most notably significantly reducing operational costs. This will mark the 6th ChipCoin System in the US this past year and over 230 installations worldwide in the past 3 years.
