New projects benefit from the service network of Scheidt & Bachmann

In Berlin ( Germany ), the parking lots and underground car parks of the Trade Centres Wilmersdorfer Arkaden" (approx. 300 lots) and "Alexa" (approx. 1,500 lots) will equip with parking technology by Scheidt & Bachmann.
Another car park management system with side-stripe technology is installed on the car park of Rostock-Laage Airport, covering 350 parking lots. The projects benefit from the narrow service network of our subsidiary, Klaus Gindl GmbH and thus from the direct vicinity of the sales and service centers in Berlin and Hamburg.

All assembling activities on-site are performed by own manpower. Klaus Gindl GmbH has more than 30 years of experience with installations, operations as well as maintenance and service work on car park management systems by Scheidt & Bachmann. A nation-wide network of service centres enables a quick on-the-spot service to the existing stock of 3,500 customers, with optimum coordination of the 60 service engineers currently available.
The staff of the service hotline is available to our customers on a 24-hours basis. Via a remote help desk, they can directly access the systems connected to answer operator questions, upload new software, perform data repairs, uploads and downloads of electronic logs for fault diagnosis and optimally prepare on-site applications.
