Scheidt & Bachmann: New Parking Equipment for the Municipality of Papendrecht

The current parking equipment has been upgraded with the hybrid parking system from Scheidt & Bachmann Benelux

In the past quarter, the successful completion of the parking garages De Meent and De Overtoom in the Municipality of Papendrecht took place. The current parking equipment has been upgraded with the hybrid parking system from Scheidt & Bachmann Benelux.

Drivers can enter and exit completely based on license plate recognition. When leaving, the license plate is recognized, and if payment has been made, the barrier opens automatically. It’s that simple!

The advantage of our hybrid system is that we can reduce the issuance of tickets for short-term parkers. Once fewer tickets are needed, this can easily be adjusted or even turned off. Ready for the future, we call it!

To welcome parkers, a 32” entervo sign has been placed at the entrances.

"The entervo sign adds real value to the parking experience in our municipality. It provides clear and straightforward information, improving the parking process for our visitors," say the parking managers at the Municipality of Papendrecht.

Last but not least, a smart solution has been chosen: smart tenant. With this online tool, subscription management is taken to the next level. Various (larger) businesses get their own environment, allowing them to manage and adjust their employees’ license plate administration themselves, within the rights provided by the municipality. Direct control!

We are happy and proud of this extended collaboration!
