Service Tracking Systems Adds Ticketless Valet Option to their Lineup of Valet Parking Solutions
Service Tracking Systems has created a “Ticketless Valet” option to add to their premier high-tech valet solution, CVPS. Powered by CVPS, ticketless valet is becoming an increasingly popular add-on as customers seek ways to utilize their smartphone as a central hub of record keeping, while organizations continue to utilize paper-based backups and tickets.
After a customer’s phone number is collected by a valet attendant, the customer receives an automated text message including a link to their valet ticket. Customers’ mobile number information on the back end is masked for privacy, and ticket information is color-coordinated to indicate payment status to the valet attendant. Automated satisfaction surveys are available, and all customer-facing information can be customized to be branded for any operator or property.
“Our goal for ticketless valet,” explains Andy Preas, President of Service Tracking Systems “is to ensure that our clients have every option available to offer their customers, whether that’s a truly ‘ticketless’ experience from the customer’s perspective, a more traditional valet experience with paper tickets, or a completely customizable combination of both”.
Service Tracking Systems is proud to add ticketless solutions to their product lineup, and is looking forward to sharing more about their other new product features in the coming weeks.
