SKIDATA AG acquires c-oncept software GmbH

SKIDATA AG, a subsidiary of the Swiss Kudelski Group and a leading provider of access control solutions, has acquired the c-oncept software GmbH, an innovative provider of online solutions and services, from Swiss Alturos Software AG.

The acquisition of c-oncept will further strengthen SKIDATAs position in the important mar-ket of Internet based solutions and services, says Charles Egli, CEO of SKIDATA AG.
