SKIDATA, Inc. configures perfectly with TagMaster's AVI System at Trump Tower

For the Chicago Trump Tower Project currently underway, SKIDATA and TagMaster have collaborated to create a fully compatible PARCS and RFID reader system.
SKIDATA's Distributor, Automated Parking Technologies, is heading up the project featuring TagMasters Automatic Vehicle Identification (AVI) System. It uses LR-series readers with Watchman firmware thats fully compatible with SKIDATA systems. Over 500 active tags are already in place at entrances and exits at the Trump Tower.

TagMaster had a positive response when asked about their integration with SKIDATA's Parking and Revenue Control Systems (PARCS). Ali Khaksar, Managing Director of TagMaster/North America, said "Thanks to software collaboration between TagMaster and SKIDATA, TagMaster readers can be configured from SKIDATAs system and easily integrated with SKIDATAs system. This feature makes the system admin-friendly, a rather crucial quality for a system that needs to be deployed on a large scale. This is invaluable to anyone who maintains a large installation. With TagMaster's world-class RFID devices, designed for quick and simple configuration and step-by-step implementation, we will meet a need in the market and allow customers to maximize efficiency and profitability within their businesses.

Eric Risch, President of Automated Parking Technologies (APT), noted that the Chicago Trump Tower installation is about 70% completed and includes a wide variety of PARCS technologies:

- Entry and exit lanes using TagMaster AVI, Intercoms, and Cameras
- Full Lock-out gates with TagMaster AVI and Free-out exit gates
- Easy.Cash Pay-on-Foot Stations
- Remote administrative desktop control with revenue-monitoring software
- A Valet Parking System with SKIDATA integration

Eric Risch's input on the project is that The installation has gone very smoothly so far. They have been open for several weeks using the AVI and transient components of the system. In short, the Chicago Trump Tower's PARCS system clearly shows the user-friendly adaptation of SKIDATA's parking technologies with TagMasters readersa collaboration which can increase revenue for venues using both RFID devices and other PARCS systems.
