Standard Parking to Manage Parking for University of Maryland, Baltimore

The University has over 6,700 campus parking spaces in seven garages and seven surface lots. In addition to its responsibilities for UMB's normal campus parking activity, the Company will manage campus parking activity generated by Baltimore Ravens and Baltimore Orioles home games, which are played a few blocks away.

The University of Maryland, Baltimore is a public, 60-acre research and technology complex encompassing 58 buildings in west Baltimore near the Inner Harbor. The University Center complex has over 10,000 employees and approximately 5,600 students enrolled in seven professional schools. The University of Maryland Medical Center and its 747-bed tertiary care hospital complex also is contained within the campus.
