SurePark Real-Time Parking Information System Debuts at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport
SurePark, up-to-the-minute parking availability information system, is now used at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP).
Anyone planning to park at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) can obtain real-time parking availability information prior to arriving at the Airport. The sytem offers customers three methods for retrieving parking availability information for both the Lindbergh and Humphrey Terminals general and short-term parking ramps. SurePark is fast, convenient and free. Customers can log on, call in or request a text message.

The SurePark system is a first-of-its-kind for an airport parking program, as is our very successful ePark convenient self payment method.
Use of MSPs parking facilities is at an all-time high, with Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays being particularly busy. Customers who use the SurePark system will know in advance if the Lindbergh Terminal parking facilities are full or nearly full, so they have time to plan ahead and park at the Humphrey Terminal.
Travelers who park at the Humphrey Terminal ramp but will be boarding their flight at the Lindbergh Terminal should allow an extra 30 minutes to park and take the shuttle to the Lindbergh Terminal, said Johnson. This free shuttle bus operates between the Humphrey and Lindbergh Terminals every 10 minutes. The shuttle bus stop is located in the Ground Transport Center on the ground level of the Humphrey Terminal parking ramp.
