TimHaahs Team Transforming for Growth

Timothy Haahs & Associates, Inc. has recently undergone a transformation in which some of their employees have been assigned new or expanded roles within the firm.
These talented individuals will provide leadership and direction in their new roles, and continue to serve our clients, employees, and team members.

Todd J. Helmer, P.E. Office Vice President
Todd is responsible for leading the Philadelphia office. In this capacity, he is responsible for expanding our client base as well as business development, operation, and overall financial performance.

Kevin W. Carrigan, P.E. Director of Engineering
Kevin is responsible for the engineering staff in our Philadelphia office, providing leadership and technical expertise. Kevin will take the lead in training new staff and providing expertise for each of our engineering projects.

Mark N. Santos, P.E. Director of Operations
Mark is responsible for the firms production operations in Philadelphia, as well as company wide. As TimHaahs grows, Mark will lead the firms project management team, as well as resource hiring and allocation, work flow coordination, and quality assurance.

Ed Rahme, AIA Chief Architect/Dean of TimHaahs University
As Chief Architect, Ed is responsible for the firms architectural designs. He also serves as the Dean of TimHaahs University, our new internal training program, prepared by TimHaahs employees, to educate all staff on a variety of industry-related topics.

William F. Kavanagh, AIA Director of Research
Bill is responsible for leading the firms research and development. His responsibilities include researching new materials, code issues, developing technologies, and potential unique and innovative opportunities for the firm.

Elizabeth K. Hyun Director of Architecture
Elizabeth provides leadership for the firms architects and design staff, ensuring that our architectural projects exceed client expectations, and that staff are constantly challenged in their professional development.

Nicholas A. Frezza Quality Manager
Nick will lead TimHaahs in our quality initiatives, ensuring adherence to the high level of quality our clients have come to expect. His responsibilities include developing ways for TimHaahs to go the extra mile to exceed the expectations of not only our clients, but our teaming partners and employees as well.
