More than a year ago, Horseshoe St. Louis completed a renovation design to overhaul its parking experience with a cutting-edge automated parking guidance system (APGS), the Park Assist Solution. Located in the heart of downtown and welcoming millions of guests annually, Horseshoe St. Louis recognized early on that parking played a critical role in the overall customer journey. The system, powered by camera-based M5 smart sensors and the INX Core software suite, has dramatically reduced the time guests spend searching for an open space, improved vehicle flow within the garage, and enabled staff to manage operations more effectively with data-backed decisions.

Park Alerts have helped enforce policies like VIP and reserved space management, while Park Finder ensures guests can easily locate their vehicles, adding another level of convenience that enhances their overall experience at the property.

Park Surveillance has been a game changer. They use the HD video feed from the M5 sensors as video evidence of incidents and to support investigations when needed. And they have been able to quickly, and accurately, address enforcement issues. The garage is a safer environment for guests and staff,” said Sparrow.
