Unity5 Announces Zatpark Integration

Unity5, the creator of the Zatpark enforcement management platform, announced a new integration with M2M Data Connect. The integration incorporates M2M’s EV Charger & Parking Bot to provide an app-free method for electric vehicle drivers to manage charging sessions.

No new application download is required – this development allows drivers to find, book, and pay for EV charging points using WhatsApp. All operational and payment data is then fed directly into the Zatpark management system.

How It Works: A Technical Overview

The solution connects two platforms to facilitate the process for both parking operators and their customers.

• The Front-End (M2M Omnichannel EV ChargerBot): A chatbot on WhatsApp that guides EV drivers through the process of finding, booking, and paying for a charging session via a conversational interface.
• The Back-End (Zatpark): The core management platform that processes payments, oversees bookings, and handles all related data for the charging points.

This creates a direct and automated flow of information, from the driver’s interaction on WhatsApp to the operator’s management dashboard.
