Nicolina joins our senior leadership team with over three decades of experience within some of London’s most complex Local Authorities. Having served as Head of Service and Assistant Director in the public realm, she isn’t just a leader; she is a practitioner who has delivered millions of pounds in savings through digital and cultural transformation.

This appointment is a cornerstone of our strategy following the 2025 acquisition of Chipside. With a significantly expanded Local Authority base, we recognised the need for a leadership voice that deeply understands the nuances of public service.
