Victoria Pero Appointed to Green Parking Council

The Marlyn Group announced today the appointment of Principal Victoria Pero, SPHR to the Green Parking Council (GPC) Board of Directors.   Over the past three years she has been responsible for leading the efforts of the GPC credentialing committee in developing a comprehensive training and testing program which will be the Green Parking Council Credential for individuals within the parking industry.

“We are pleased to welcome Victoria to our Board of Directors,” said GPC’s Executive Director, Paul Wessel.  “Her knowledge, expertise and relationships in the parking industry are invaluable as GPC grows and defines industry sustainability standards.”

Pero’s extensive background in both Operations and Corporate Support with two national operators and presently as a principal consultant for her own firm, gives her a unique perspective on the current pulse and future trends of the parking industry.  Besides being a passionate advocate for sustainability practices, she is also actively involved in the National Parking Association where she currently serves as a member of the Certification Advisory Board and is a member of the International Parking Institute and Women in Parking Association.
