Bouwfonds Asset Management will be the partner, founder and the manager. This funds will privilege investment in the top-of-the-range European car parks, VINCI Park intervening, in a non-exclusive way, as a manager of these parks. The funds is intended to the international institutional investors seeking a solid and durable profitability. With an investment envelope of 300 million euro, the funds plans to acquier at the same time existing parks held by managers, such as VINCI Park, but also of new parks to be created.
