Walker Parking Consultants receives Outstanding Achievement Award

Walker Parking Consultants provided Functional Design/Consulting and Structural Engineering for this 550 space 4-level parking structure, utilizing the design-build project delivery system.

Cobb County Courthouse Garage

Cobb County, a growing community, constructed a new courthouse in downtown Marietta, which added to the ever increasing demand for parking spaces. A site was selected and an existing County-owned building was demolished in March 2010.

Teamed with Choate Construction, Walker Parking Consultants designed this 550 space 4-level parking structure utilizing the design-build project delivery system. The brick and aluminum grillage on the parking structure façade was designed to blend with new Cobb County Courthouse across the street.
