Barcelona Mobile World Congress: Fastprk is introduced within the stand of Abertis, SIGFOX's network operator in Spain
Worldsensing introduced Fastprk, its intelligent parking system, in the Abertis stand within the Mobile World Congress, which took place in Barcelona (Spain) 24-27 February 2014.
Abertis Telecom is the SIGFOX network operator in Spain. And precisely SIGFOX was one of Worldsensing's partners that made the World's largest deployment of smart parking technology possible. The project was deployed last December (2013), when Worldsensing installed more than 12,000 Fastprk sensors in Moscow and connected the solution to SIGFOX's network, also partnering with the Russian company ITS/Micronet.
As the most reliable system in the market, Fastprk has become a pioneer in its type of technology and is attracting international markets . Also Spanish local governments and companies are interested in Worldsensing, and the company is about to announce new Fastprk deployments in the country within the short term.
