Gaetano Trapanese is Commercial Director at Quick -No Problem Parking, Italy, since September 2003; the company is specialized in the management of parking facilities and services within complex structures such as city centers, airports, shopping malls, amusement parks. He is responsible for defining and monitoring parking business KPI of the 26 car parks managed by the company, at both commercial and operational level. He is managing a number of projects including Save Spa - Venice Airport - to launch several value added services (Oct 2012 to Present); Gesap S.p.a. - Palermo Airport - defining and monitoring, according to company strategy, parking and mobility business for "Palermo International Airport" (2007 to present); Gesac S.p.a. - Naples Airport - analyzing financial and economic aspects of parking business (Sep 2003 to present) etc.. His previous roles include: Business Analyst at Accenture (Nov 2000 to August 2003); Production Manager at Alcatel (1999 to 2000) and Tourist Entertainment Officer at Club Med (1996 to 1999). He holds over 10 years of experience in parking management services, business planning, contract negotiation, key account management, sales process and project management.
