What if a vehicle could be recognized without a ticket? A parker could get help without waiting for an operator. A receipt could be validated from a photo. An operator could ask what happened to a parking session and get an answer without digging through multiple screens.
These aren't hypothetical use cases for us. They are the problems that our very own Parking AI is solving each day. We call it AVA.
AVA Brings AI Into Parking Operations
AVA is our homegrown Parking AI who comes with a growing ecosystem of AI Agents built specifically for parking. It combines computer vision, conversational intelligence, and automation, with specialized agents taking on different jobs across the parking journey.
Think of it less as one AI trying to do everything and more as a team of specialists, each with a job to get done.

AVA Ops: Your Parking Operations Co-Pilot
Ask a parking operator what takes up time, and "looking for answers" will probably make the list.
Which session failed? What happened to this payment? Why didn't a permit work? What happened at this location?
AVA Ops helps operators get to those answers through conversation. It can troubleshoot operational issues, investigate sessions, permits, and payments, answer questions about parking data, guide users through workflows, and help navigate the platform.
So instead of jumping between screens to piece together what happened, operators can spend more time actually dealing with the issue.
AVA Snap: Take a Picture. Let AI Handle the Receipt
Validations can be surprisingly manual. Check the receipt, confirm the merchant, verify the offer and make sure it hasn't already been used.
AVA Snap takes much of that work off the table. Parkers can take a photo of their receipt, and AVA can recognize it, check eligibility, and apply the validation. It can also identify duplicate, invalid, and potentially fraudulent receipts.
It can adapt to different merchants, receipt formats, and validation programs too, without requiring another scanner or piece of hardware. For the parker, it is to take a photo, get verified, keep going.
AVA Lane: Help at the Lane, Not After It
Imagine pulling up to a parking lane, and something doesn't work. You don't want to hunt for a phone number. You don't want to wait for someone to walk over. You want to get moving.
AVA Lane brings conversational AI directly into the parking lane. It can help with entry and exit issues, payments, validations, rates, permits, and reservations. It supports multilingual interactions 24x7 and can hand the conversation over to a live support team when needed.
AVA Vision: When the Plate Isn't Enough
License plate recognition is great when the plate is clear. Parking, however, does not always cooperate. A plate may be unreadable. A session may not match correctly. An operator may need to figure out which vehicle was actually involved.
AVA Vision uses AI-powered vehicle recognition and intelligent license plate matching to connect vehicles with parking sessions. It goes beyond number matching and identifies vehicles by its color, make, dents, etc. It can recover and correct sessions and continue tracking a vehicle with an AI-generated identifier when a plate cannot be confidently read.
It can also match linked rates and permits to active sessions, with human review available when a case needs another set of eyes. That means one difficult plate does not have to turn into a manual investigation.
AI-PARCS: Taking the Ticket Out of Parking

Now take that same idea of removing friction and put it at the gates. That is where ExpressLane, our AI-PARCS, comes in. Traditional parking can involve tickets, gates, payment equipment, and plenty of opportunities for something to slow the journey down.
ExpressLane uses vision-based AI and license plate recognition to automate entry and exit.
The vehicle arrives. The plate is recognized. The session is created. Payment can happen digitally. At exit, the vehicle is recognized again, and the system connects the exit to the session.
With 99.8% LPR accuracy, ExpressLane helps operators move toward ticketless parking while taking several physical steps out of the driver's journey.
And that is only one part of the story.
Run the Parking Operations Remotely

Making the driver experience smoother is great. But operators need their own friction taken out too. ExpressLane gives teams remote visibility and control across lane activity, capacity, access, customer support, equipment, alerts, and parking data.
A team can see what is happening in a lane, check an LPR read, adjust capacity, control entry, investigate a customer issue, monitor equipment, or respond to an alert without necessarily being at the facility. That matters when you are managing more than one location. The parking operation keeps moving. The team stays connected to it.
What’s Next?
AVA's roadmap includes identifying what needs attention, recommending what to do next, automating routine actions, optimizing parking performance, and eventually predicting problems before they happen. The point isn't to put AI into parking just so we can say parking has AI. It is to look at the things that slow drivers down and keep parking teams busy, then ask a much more useful question:
