Position summary

  • Providing professional support to sales staff in assessing complex customer needs, developing technical solutions (which are essentially based on our company's products) , and developing the technical content of related offers.
  • Active participation in the preparation of technical concepts and detailed plans for projects planned to be bid for or already won by the company.
  • Professional coordination of projects in the implementation phase, organization and support of technical tasks related to implementation.
  • Liaising and collaborating with internal departments, subcontractors, partners and clients involved in projects.
  • Preparing and keeping up to date technical documentation, specifications, design documents and handover materials related to projects.
  • Providing professional assistance to the operational support area in resolving complex technical issues, errors, and unique tasks.
  • Monitoring the technical aspects of the project implementation, identifying any discrepancies, risks and problems, and making recommendations for their management.

Features

  • Category B driving license
  • Specialized technical higher education (preferably university) degree
  • Practical engineering perspective and attitude
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in similar projects
  • At least basic software knowledge, especially Windows, Linux systems, SQL database management basics, Rest API usage, JSON interpretation
  • Experience with network settings such as TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, NAT, VPN, multicast
  • Software update, configuration and diagnostics

Tasks

  • Flexibility and willingness to travel, including occasionally undertaking domestic project work lasting several days and involving accommodation.
  • Similar professional experience in project engineering, systems integration or technical project coordination.
  • Experience in designing, installing and commissioning complex IT or technical systems.
