Tasks
- Supporting the quality inspector in the inspection of incoming parts and performing in-process and finished product inspections.
- Preparation of measurement and inspection reports.
- Exploring and documenting errors, participating in the investigation of causes.
- Support for isolation and locking of non-compliant products.
- Support in the management of customer and supplier complaints, coordination with suppliers.
- Record of measuring instruments, organize calibrations and follow inspection deadlines.
- Performing ESD checks and measurements, documenting the results.
- Supporting the preparation and conduct of internal and supplier audits.
- Support for the sampling of new products and the tracking of product and process changes.
Requirements
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Knowledge of how to use measuring tools.
- User-level knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Proficiency in making minutes.
- Independent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Precise, responsible work.
An advantage
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing plant or quality control field.
- Basic knowledge of quality management methods and the ISO 9001 quality management system.
