Mission

The position is a business ownership, more than a traditional sales management.

The VP of Sales is responsible as the "mini-CEO" of the Traffic & Enforcement segment:

  • for the trade and growth strategy;
  • for the development and consistent implementation of a product- and market-driven roadmap,
  • for international market positioning,
  • and for the full fulfilment of the business plan.

Main tasks:

  • Traffic Enforcement product range is the responsibility of the entire business and commercial (P&L) portfolio,
  • Developing and implementing an international sales and go-to-market strategy,
  • Creating and consistently maintaining a commercial and marketing roadmap,
  • Preparation and presentation of senior management and board-level presentations,
  • Fulfillment of the business plan,
  • Leading complex, high-value international negotiations (law enforcement, state and local government organizations, and local integrator partners/general contractors),
  • Clear , credible and strong market representation of the Traffic Enforcement product range,
  • Close cooperation with development and production areas,
  • Translate market and customer feedback into strategic and product priorities.

The position requires a management profile who:

  • Translating market and customer feedback into strategic and product priorities,
  • Independent, confident and consistent managerial decision-making, without the need for micromanagement,
  • Responsibly and consciously uses a broad mandate along business priorities,
  • Manages a complex, international business segment with an entrepreneurial approach,
  • Ability to make firm, commercially sound decisions, including difficult compromises,
  • Interprets leadership and organizational success through concrete, measurable business results,
  • It confidently represents the interests of the product segment in senior management, board and external partner environments.

Required skills and experience:

  • Senior sales leadership experience in Traffic Enforcement / ANPR / ITS / Public Safety / GovTech,
  • High level of presentation and persuasion skills (senior management, board level),
  • Balance strategic thinking and execution discipline,
  • Roadmap-level planning and implementation experience,
  • Outstanding negotiation competence in an international, institutional environment,
  • Strong business independence, decision-making and responsibility,
  • the ability to consistently and authentically represent a product segment/brand internationally,
  • Confident English language skills and additional foreign languages are an advantage.
