TIBA Parking Systems, the North American Leader in parking and mobility technology, and part of the FAAC Group family of companies, announced today that it has agreed to acquire the Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS) portion of the Dallas, Texas-based, Associated Time Instruments (ATI).
