Co2-Neutral Office & Car Park with Astron Buildings

Standing on the shores of the Main river, the LEIQ project in Offenbach, Germany, is one of the first carbon-neutral office buildings in the Frankfurt metropolitan area, and the office building has also been certified LEED Certification Gold 🥇. This project forms the perfect basis for any kind of business development in state-of-the-art, high-quality and energy-optimised workspaces on a total area of 27,350 m².

The building's own multi-storey car park within the complex is designed by Astron Mobility and provides 313 parking spaces, including electric charging stations.

Contributing to the enhancement of the local environment, the LEIQ car park is artfully integrated into the urban landscape. Its facade, characterized by perforated panels in two colours, not only adds a dynamic silhouette to the cityscape but also serves as a visual testament to the project's dedication to aesthetics and eco-friendliness.
