All data is handled with the highest standards of care and in full compliance with local data privacy regulations.

Insights, ASURA’s intuitive data visualization platform transforms this wealth of information into actionable intelligence. Accessible via secure individual logins, the platform is fully scalable, supporting everything from single-lot operations to large, multi-site portfolios. Its modular design, curated by ASURA’s in-house Data Science team, ensures that clients receive tailored analytics and reporting — paying only for the data they need, presented in a visually engaging and easy-to-understand format.

The entry-level package, Parking Sessions provides a clear view of how parking assets are being used: who parks, when, and for how long. By combining vehicle entry and exit data with a simple compliance indicator, operators can monitor lot usage, utilization trends, and pinpoint behavioral patterns such as short-term versus long-term parking.

Even at this foundational level, Parking Sessions empowers operators to uncover insights into how their facilities perform, supporting smarter decisions on capacity management and operational efficiency.

The Client Portal tier brings the full revenue picture into one place, pairing session data with payment outcomes and invoice statuses available in your environment. Operators can track revenue progression end-to-end, quickly surface gaps in compliance, and take targeted action to recover lost income. Session-level lookups help identify returning customers and repeat violators, ensuring fewer missed payments and higher yield.

The last addition, Occupancy, is currently undergoing user acceptance testing and is slated for release in early 2026. It offers two powerful modules:

• Occupancy Trends: Supplies a deep historical analysis of parking or facility utilization using aggregated vision data. It helps operators identify usage patterns, uncover underutilized areas, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance and increase revenue from unused capacity.
• Occupancy Live: Provides real-time oversight of parking utilization, delivering continuously updated data that enables operators to make instant, informed decisions. This premium solution helps maximize performance, optimize revenue, and maintain seamless operational continuity. For instance, a sudden drop in compliant sessions may indicate a payment provider issue, while zero utilization could signal an access block preventing drivers from entering a site. By identifying such issues the moment they occur, operators can respond immediately, minimizing downtime, reducing losses, and ensuring consistent service quality.

The Insights suite is currently available as part of the ARC Flex product, distributed by Paralign, ASURA’s U.S.-based parking technology partner. ASURA is now preparing to expand ARC Flex into Europe and is actively seeking partnerships with like-minded operators and integration specialists.
