ASURA's Instant Visibility App for Smarter Enforcement
In the U.S. market, free-flow parking lots are becoming increasingly common, but operating them efficiently comes with new challenges. One of the biggest business values for parking operators is having real-time visibility into what is happening in their parking lots. Knowing whether there is a non-compliant vehicle on site and being able to react immediately can make a significant difference in both revenue protection and operational efficiency.
The ARC Next mobile application responds to this need by leveraging high-accuracy vision models in free-flow parking environments, enabling operations to automatically detect and check vehicle entry in real time. This creates a reliable and continuous flow of information about parking activity without the need for physical barriers or manual checks.
Accessible via secure individual logins, the platform is fully scalable. Through ARC Next, clients can see what is happening at the time it happens in their parking lots, directly from their mobile devices. If a vehicle enters a parking lot and remains non-compliant after the defined grace period, the system sends a push notification to the user. Within the application, portfolio users have an overview of all their parking lots and can see which vehicles are currently non-compliant.
This real-time insight makes enforcement actions such as booting or towing significantly more efficient. Instead of visiting parking lots based on fixed schedules or assumptions, enforcement teams can focus on locations where action is actually required. As a result, site visits become more targeted, response times improve, and operational resources are used more effectively.
The application also allows users to record what action was taken against a non-compliant vehicle, ensuring that enforcement activities are clearly documented and easy to track over time. In addition to booting or towing, several other enforcement actions are available. In the latest release, we introduced the option to mark directly in the app when a Barnacle has been applied to a vehicle.
Beyond the mobile application, clients also have access to a specified ARC Next dashboard within the ARC Flex suite. This dashboard provides a consolidated view of enforcement actions across the entire parking lot portfolio, making it easy to see what actions were taken and when they occurred.
Overall, ARC Next makes free-flow parking enforcement more effective by combining real-time visibility, mobile access, and actionable information into a single, easy-to-use tool.
ARC Next can be purchased from Paralign, ASURA’s official global distributor for the ARC Suite parking software portfolio.
