EasyPark Parking App Users Have 20,000 Additional Parking Spaces to Choose From

Easypark and Q-Park Further Expand Cooperation

Earlier it appeared that Dutch users of the EasyPark formerly Parkmobile app would like to park in a Q-Park garage when you visit our Southern Neighbours. Especially during holiday periods, a day of shopping in Belgium is a popular activity of many Dutch people. Reason for EasyPark and Q-Park to further expand the cooperation.

Users of the Dutch variant of the EasyPark app (recognizable to the purple icon) can now easily park in 45 garages in the three largest cities of Belgium: Ghent, Antwerp and Brussels.

Engage in and out is done entirely automatically via license plate recognition. Users decide whether they want to use it here by turning it on or off per vehicle in the app. If license plate recognition is activated, the barrier opens automatically upon arrival. And also driving out is completely contactless. Paying is easy through the app. You no longer need a parking ticket.

Michael Stark, Country Director of EasyPark Netherlands:We want to make Dutch and European cities more livable by making parking easy. Cars parked in Q-Park’s garages reduce the pressure in busy downtown streets. The partnership with Q-Park enables us to combine the easiest and smartest parking experience with the safety and comfort of a quality parking garage.

Stark continues: "Both EasyPark and Q-Park are leaders in the field of parking. This collaboration is a logical next step in our ambition to make life in the city more pleasant.
