New Hire: FLASH Appoints Gary Neff as Sr. VP of Strategic Sales & International Business Development

FLASH, the global leader in cloud parking software and mobility transformation, has appointed Gary Neff as Senior Vice President of Strategic Sales and International Business Development. Gary will focus his efforts on accelerating partnerships with enterprise companies domestically and internationally.

Gary Neff is a well-respected parking veteran who has had C-level positions at leading parking and mobility-related businesses. For the past eight years, he served as CEO of Park Assist, a global camera-based parking guidance system. Prior to this role, he was partner and CEO of ParkNow, a joint venture parking platform with BMW from 2011 through 2014. Neff also served as the Senior Vice President of Amano McGann for 16 years.
