Hectronic: SMART/LAB Expands Terminal Compatibility

Our HecPay payment terminal is now fully integrated with the smartlab backend. This enables operators in the ladenetz.de and ladebusiness networks to launch new projects with maximum flexibility – and to easily and cost-effectively retrofit existing charging infrastructure.

Demand for spontaneous card payment at EV charging stations continues to rise. Users benefit from a solution that works without an app, charging card, or roaming fees – intuitive, fast, and accessible.

You can experience the joint solution in action: At Merklingen ICE station, 259 charging points have been equipped with our HecPay terminals, offering seamless contactless card payment. The result is a compliant and user-friendly system that showcases what modern payment in e-mobility looks like today.
