LAZ to Manage Parking Service at The Parking Club, Parking Condos in Brooklyn
LAZ Parking announced today that it has been selected to manage parking services at The Parking Club, a luxury condominium parking facility in the Cobble Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn, N.Y. Under the terms of the contract with The Parking Club’s Board of Directors, LAZ will oversee a range of services provided to parking space owners and leaseholders paying monthly rent for a space at the facility, located at 185-187 Pacific St. in Brooklyn. In addition to having their cars parked, owners and monthly renters are offered valet car delivery to their homes, offices, the airport, and out of town; car washing, car charging, and concierge car services such as oil changes. The three-story garage has a total of 150 parking spaces.

Cobble Hill is a picturesque, upscale neighborhood with scarce on-street parking. By purchasing a parking space, Parking Club owners avoid the daily hassle of finding a parking spot. Another benefit of ownership is the value it adds to the owner’s home. Should they choose to sell, owners have the option of attaching the deeded parking space to the sale.
The Parking Club is the latest addition to LAZ’s growing portfolio of residential businesses and an exciting new twist on traditional parking management services at residential properties. To summon their cars, owners send a text and within 15 minutes, the car is ready for pick-up. The garage is staffed, has 24-hour security, and an owner’s lounge with water, coffee, and renovated rest rooms.
