Facade Cladding in Wood or Aluminium Slats

Nordisk Profil offers two “open” systems for car park facades: Woodfac Click and Napsu.

Woodfac Click features wooden slats mounted on a supporting aluminium structure. The system is fire-tested and provides a safe, distinctive, and high-quality facade solution.

No matter which wood species is chosen, the result is a beautiful, natural, and inviting appearance that blends seamlessly with its surroundings and develops a refined patina over time. The solution also offers environmental benefits, including certified wood and a Cradle to Cradle-certified fire retardant made from 100% natural, biodegradable, non-toxic, and VOC-free substances.

Napsu features aluminium slats, also mounted on a rear aluminium structure. These slats are available in any colour, finish, and gloss level – always delivering a sleek, eye-catching result with exceptional surface detail and sharp lines.

With its clean, modern look, the aluminium option is also highly sustainable. Nordisk Profil uses only Greenline aluminium, which is 100% collected and recycled.

Both facade systems allow visual openness into the parking garage and create a dynamic architectural expression using light, shadow, materials, and form. They can also be combined with other elements such as perforated sheets, expanded metal, trapezoidal panels, profile sheets, solar panels, green walls, etc.

If a closed facade is needed – functioning as a protective climate screen – Nordisk Profil also offers this type of solution in both wood and aluminium. These systems are called Woodfac Panel and Alufac Panel.

Nordisk Profil Also Offers Safety Barriers for Parking Structures

INTEGRA-pw is a patented and recognized safety barrier system, developed primarily for parking garages. It can be integrated with Nordisk Profil’s facade systems.

With a single solution, you get both fall and collision protection – eliminating the need for conventional safety measures such as crash barriers.

INTEGRA-pw is tailored to each parking structure and offers design flexibility, allowing for horizontal, vertical, and inclined installations. It’s developed as a modular system, making future adjustments or expansions simple – with horizontal connections and no need to drill into surfaces. It’s also easy to install, helping reduce overall installation costs.

Nordisk Profil has successfully completed dynamic impact testing with INTEGRA-pw in accordance with EN 1991-1-7.
