Open or closed facade system?

Nordisk Profil offers four facade solutions which are open or closed and with wooden or aluminium lamellae:

• Woodfac Click – open with wooden lamellae
• Napsu - open with aluminium lamellae
• Woodfac Panel - closed with wooden lamellae
• Alufac Panel - closed with aluminium lamellae

Woodfac Click & Napsu

The facade systems are designed as an open facade solution, where wooden or aluminium lamellae are mounted on an underlying aluminium structure. This creates an elegant view of the building’s supporting facade, offering the opportunity to craft dynamic and exciting architecture through the interplay of light, shadows, and material combinations.

The lamellae can be installed both horizontally and vertically, with variable center-to-center distance between them.

Woodfac Panel & Alufac Panel

The facade systems are a closed system that functions as an effective climate screen and protects the building from weather influences while allowing the facade to retain its breathability through the underlying ventilation.

They are produced with optional wooden or aluminium lamellae on a backing structure made of recycled aluminium.

The systems offers a wide range of accessory profiles for finishes and framing around doors and windows, making it easy to achieve a complete facade solution.

The panels can be installed both horizontally and vertically, with a variable center-to-center distance.

Design and combine as you wish

At Nordisk Profil, we don’t just offer ‘clean’ lamellae solutions, but we offer the opportunity to play, design, and combine with a variety of materials.

The facade systems can be combined with partial solutions, for example, perforated plates, stretched metal, trapezoidal plates, profile plates, solar panels, green walls etc. And Nordisk Profil is your complete supplier of all components.

For parking garages, Nordisk Profil – in collaboration with Projekt-W – has successfully carried out a dynamic impact test of the INTEGRA-pw safety barrier in accordance with EN 1991-1-7.

During the test, all of our facade components – made from both wood and aluminium – were mounted directly onto the fall protection system using U-shaped fastening profiles.

The results showed that the components remained intact and securely fastened, even under simulated vehicle impact.

Our green footprint

When you buy a facade from Nordisk Profil, you are guaranteed “green” products with a climate-conscious lifecycle. All our facade solutions are manufactured using top-quality materials with a strong focus on environmental and climate responsibility.

For example, the components can be dismantled and reused for other purposes, and the facade cladding itself can be reused 1:1 in a new building project.
