Parker Technology and Scheidt & Bachmann Introduce New API Integration

Customer service reps troubleshooting calls in the Parker Platform, from parking facilities with S&B equipment, will be able to resolve issues more efficiently

Parker Technology and Scheidt & Bachmann recently announced the launch of their API / remote control integration. This API provides users of Parker’s software platform access to relevant information in S&B’s system via the entervo Facility Controller.

The benefits of this partnership are three-fold. Customer service reps troubleshooting calls in the Parker Platform, from parking facilities with S&B equipment, will be able to resolve issues more efficiently. Parking operators utilizing Parker Technology and Scheidt & Bachmann will have greater visibility to data across both systems and could see increased revenue collection as a result. And lastly, end users accessing these facilities will benefit from a streamlined parking experience.

Features of the API Integration include the following functionality:

  • Vend the gate
  • Lookup up monthly parker by card # or License Plate Number (LPN)
  • See monthly parker’s in/out status
  • Reset monthly parker in/out status
  • Trigger a Lost Ticket with a defined amount
  • Trigger a Lost Ticket with a defined entry time
