Parquery Provides Waldegg-Center With a Smart Parking Solution

The Waldegg Shopping Center in Uitikon, Zurich has recently renovated and extended. Whilst it remains a small-sized suburban shopping center, they would like to know if they have the potential for a bigger audience. In order to do this, they have enlisted the help of Parquery to monitor their parking facility and provide the required statistics.

The Waldegg Center will benefit from improved parking with the help of Parquery’s innovative camera system. With a total of 6 cameras covering 110 parking spots, the parking operator can now see how many spaces are available or occupied and gain useful statistics into the parking behavior of visitors.

It is expected that the use of the cameras, in combination with Parquery’s computer vision software, will mean that Waldegg will receive a scalable and future-proof real-time, cloud-based solution to provide all of the information they could possibly want.
