Passport, the global leader of mobile payments for parking and transit in North America, has expanded its mobile parking footprint to the City of Las Vegas. The PassportParking® mobile application is available for users to efficiently navigate their parking experiences via smartphone.

For the past 2 years, the PassportParking mobile app has been available at the city’s surface lots and will now expand its availability to off-street and on-street parking at select locations. With PassportParking, users can pay for their parking sessions from their mobile devices as well as:

  • Monitor their parking sessions
  • Extend time remotely
  • View payment history
  • Receive email receipts

We’re aiming to digitize the parking experience,” said Brandy Stanley, parking services manager for the city. “Providing the city with alternative parking payment options adds a modern approach to an otherwise traditional process. As a tourist city, we want to make the parking process as simple as possible, and we are able to accomplish that with Passport.”

Passport is excited to partner with Las Vegas and launch our mobile parking app,” said Nathan Barry, sales executive at Passport. “As one of the top tourist cities in the nation, it’s no surprise that Las Vegas wants to simplify the parking experience. With the addition of Passport’s app, we are able to provide the city with convenient payment options that ease the common pain points of parking.”

PassportParking is free to download from the App Store and Google Play, and parkers can also manage parking online at ppprk.com.

The city and Passport have organized a launch event in the heart of Las Vegas on November 3rd.
