Portier Extends Parking Guidance Solution at Kvinten 8, in Solna

Following the successful earlier implementation of Portier’s parking guidance solution at Haga Norra, Fabege has chosen to extend the system to employee parking facilities at Kvinten 8 in the same location in Solna. Fabege AB is a leading urban developer and one of Sweden’s largest property management companies. Fabege concentrates on whole-district development rather just individual buildings.

The new installation builds on the existing parking infrastructure, using the same entrance as the previously installed Portier parking guidance system. This allows the employee parking area to be integrated smoothly into the existing parking environment while providing clear guidance for drivers from the moment they enter the facility. This additional area includes Portier Ultrasonic counters as well as Portier parking guidance display indicating availability of parking spaces.

The decision to expand the Portier solution came as a natural next step after the positive experience with the original Portier installation at Haga Norra. By extending the system to employee parking, Aimo Park Sweden can provide the same clear and convenient parking experience across both visitor and employee parking.

The project is another example of how an existing Portier installation can be expanded as parking needs evolve — without having to start from scratch.
