Medicon Village offers a dynamic platform for meetings, social networking, knowledge, and information sharing as well as professional events, projects, programs, and other arenas for innovativeness and contribution.
The parking facility in Medicon Village offers parking spaces for approximately 600 drivers including disabled parking as well as EV-charging spaces. For extremely functional and time-saving parking, the parking facility is equipped with a state-of-the-art Portier parking guidance system, a perfect match with the innovative environment. Portier Vision, camera-based parking guidance detects parked vehicles and changes the color of the cameras from green to red when spaces are occupied. The video surveillance feature in the cameras provides additional security in the garage. With optional audio functionality, Portier Vision cameras can be used for announcements, playing music, or even advertisements.
In this facility, each camera unit monitors five or six spaces and the data from each camera unit is transferred into Portier HOST, our unique parking guidance platform. The availability of parking spaces is shown in the dynamic Portier parking guidance signs on different floors guiding drivers smoothly and effortlessly into a free parking space. Project was accomplished together with our Swedish partner, Blinkfyrar AB.
