PowerGo: Installation of Charging Points in Glostrup Municipality Completed

PowerGo has completed the installation of 22 charging points in the Danish municipality of Glostrup. The 20 AC charging points and two fast charging points offer a capacity ranging from 22 to 50 kilowatts (kW) and are all publicly accessible.

The municipality of Glostrup selected PowerGo as Charge Point Operator (CPO) through a public tender. All charging points have now been installed, making Glostrup part of PowerGo’s growing charging network in Denmark. This provides residents with more opportunities to charge their electric vehicle (EV).

Accessible and Tailored Charging Solutions

PowerGo’s charging solutions are tailored to local needs and can be found throughout the municipality. All charging points are located in public areas, such as the train station, shopping centres, and sports clubs.

Two standout locations include the two fast charging points of 50 kW at Glostrup’s train station, and the charging points located at Eriksvej & Christiansvej, near by the shopping area in the centre of Glostrup.

Green Charging with Dynamic Charging Prices

EV drivers benefit from PowerGo’s dynamic charging prices, which are determined by the hourly electricity price. This ensures a fair and transparent pricing structure. The current charging prices are available to everyone in the free PowerGo Charge app.

EV drivers charge with the certainty of green energy. PowerGo works with solar energy, generated from the solar parks operated by its parent company PowerField.
