Q-Park Signs A Long-term Lease Agreement With Savills IM For The Q-Park Bos En Lommer Car Park

The lease agreement between Q-Park and Savills IM therefore sends a positive signal to the location in Amsterdam and the BoLo shopping centre.

Q-Park The Netherlands will retain its position in Bos en Lommer by entering into a long-term lease agreement with Savills Investment Management for the parking garage of the BoLo Amsterdam shopping centre.

The parking garage with 497 parking spaces is located underneath the BoLo shopping center, and offers direct access to supermarkets Vomar and Albert Heijn. From here you can reach the various range of shops on the square by elevator, including Hema, Xenos, Kruidvat and Super BoLo. It also has fitness facilities with both a Basic Fit and Trainmore, complemented by beauty salons and a variety of eateries including Ekmecki, Coffee Company, Febo and butcher shop Kaddour.

The location is not only limited to parking for shoppers, but also functions as a P+R facility for the municipality of Amsterdam. For visitors coming from outside the city, this offers low-cost parking when travelling to and from one of the central areas by public transport. Of course, several charging stations here also give the option to charge cars for those who drive electrically.
