4411 & WPS: Delivering Smooth Customer Journeys
It is with great pleasure that we announce our partnership with 4411, a service provided by Be-Mobile. With 3.5 million users, 4411 is today’s largest Belgian parking application, focusing both on on-street and off-street. Via 4411, car park owners can now reach parkers at facilities that are equipped with WPS Parking Solutions. Because of the new integration with WPS, entering, exiting, and billing happens automatically, enabling smooth customer journeys.
4411 is a mobile application that enables drivers to pay for parking. Via 4411’s digital solution, car park owners can save costs as payment terminals and ticket dispenser machines will not be used as frequently. Next to this, the car park owner does not have to pay for canceled sessions. Furthermore, users will pay the full amount for the total time spent in the car park, from entering through exiting. No 15-minutes grace period after paying at the terminal and finding the exit. Today, the application is active in 200+ cities and has 3,5 million users. Drivers can use the application not only to pay for on-street parking but also to access 60+ off-street car parks.
The partnership between Be-Mobile and WPS paves the way to an ever-growing list of mobility to be continuously added to the WPS Marketplace. WPS customers enjoy the convenience of having a solid supplier offering its own best-in-class payment solutions –on-site, whilst also having the choice to incorporate leading options for digital payments at the same time, such as with 4411.
