In addition to intelligent parking management and accounting systems, the parking space specialist's services include services for e-charging points, a mobility app and the company's own 24/7 support. More than 170 employees manage over 200 parking facilities throughout Germany and Austria with around 118,500 parking spaces.

Airport Münster/Osnabrück (FMO)

At Münster/Osnabrück Airport, GOLDBECK Parking Services is setting new standards with a state-of-the-art, digitally driven parking management solution. Together with DESIGNA, a flexible free-flow parking system has been implemented that uses advanced camera technology and automatic license plate recognition to deliver a smooth, comfortable parking experience for around 1.28 million travelers each year—while seamlessly adapting to the airport’s specific needs.

Lüneburg

Renovation completed in August 2025 while parking operations continued. GOLDBECK Parking Services have been operating the car park since October 2023.

Sunderland Riverside

GOLDBECK UK delivered the Riverside Car Park for Sunderland City Council, completed in May 2023. The building offers 659 parking spaces across 11 split levels, including 115 operational EV charging points. All other spaces are designed for future upgrades.

Awarded “Best New Car Park 2023” at the British Car Park Awards, the project was recognized for its strong focus on sustainability and architecture. Key features include a photovoltaic system with 200 kWh battery storage and a green façade with over 51,000 plants, improving the microclimate and supporting biodiversity.

The perforated metal façade, inspired by the nearby sea and illuminated at night, gives the building a distinctive architectural identity. The facility also includes social areas, a security office, and an observation deck on the 10th floor.
